Superintendent
· Works with the School Board to establish and implement the technology goals and visions of the district
· Maintains personal knowledge of instructional technology


Executive Director of Instructional Technology

· Develops and monitors the technology operating guide
· Responsible for technology infrastructure
· Reviews and assesses impact of proposed hardware, application system, and system software changes



Director of Elementary Instructional Technology

· Creates and maintains technical and user documents for all application systems
· Responsible for training of users whenever new systems are implemented



Elementary Technology Cluster Specialist

· Provides district and campus professional development



Campus Principal

· Models instructional technology
· Monitors implementation of instructional technology in the classroom
· Provides needed technology professional development for staff




Campus Technology Assistant
· Organizes district assessments delivered on the computer
· Provides instructional support to classroom teachers in the lab and in the classroom
· Maintains the campus webpage
· Assists with district training as needed




Classroom Teacher
· Responsible for implementing technology during instruction
· Maintains copies of AUP for each student
· Models appropriate use of technology
